I'll start - just briefly for the moment as I have to go out, but I thought I'd let you know at least a little:
I have added the following:
Tanning module: This one has been quite funny because I haven't had time or opportunity to sit in the sun, so I haven't actually tried it out properly. But what is happening is, without going in the sun, my skin gets darker - but sporadically. So sometimes I have a tan and sometimes I don't lol. I plan a trip to the beach in a couple of weeks, and that will be the real test - I'm expecting the tan will then stick ; )
Mind Set for Money: This has been very very interesting!! I've found myself making very different choices regarding money, and my attitude towards money in certain situations is definitely different! The cash isn't rolling in yet, but I do know I have a lot of very stubborn old limiting patterns that I was unaware of, and that are now surfacing. And the GREAT thing is I am not in the same sticky financial situation I always seemed to slip into before.
Synchronicity Module: Well, with this one I have had some interesting synchronicities and de-ja-vu (sp?) - I'll give details later when I have a bit more time.
Eat Right: This one seemed to work for a couple of days, then I found I was hungrier than usual. I wrote to Paths and asked them to tweak it for me, and I now find I have no interest in chocolates, cakes, crisps (all of which I ate regularly - and at least daily - before), and I am LOVING salad!!!! I've discovered that I get suddenly very hungry, but that when I eat something then, it takes very very little to make me feel full. So I'm only eating when I feel that hunger - and then I'm only having a fraction of what I would normally eat - and that seems to be working well. I'll give an update after a few weeks when I weigh myself again.

Eat Right: I only started this one a couple of weeks ago, and already notice a distinct lessening in my appetite. I've even managed to cut my portion sizes in half, without feeling deprived! My raging sweet tooth seems to have dissipated, too. Will it last? Let's wait and see what happens during the festive season.
Synchronicity: I'm feeling a lot calmer than usual (normally I'm such a worry wart, always waiting for the other shoe to drop). Some very interesting synchronicities have been occurring, too. I have high hopes for this one!
Money Mind Set: No changes here, but I'm looking forward to being able to stop obsessing constantly about money, ie, how to get it, how to hang on to it, how to use it, how not to use it, etc. Those horrible nagging thoughts make me feel like I'm in a prison sometimes, with me being both the jailer and the inmate. I'd love to replace them.
Right now I'm most impressed with the Eat Right module, as it seemed to start working almost instantly. It's still early days yet, but I promise to keep posting on my progress.

An update on the Eat Right module: I've been waiting before posting, to make sure that it is sticking and not just a passing phase...
For the last week and a bit, my eating habits have changed, and I've actually found it easy!
Here's what my eating habits used to look like:
First thing in the morning, 8grams of Spirulina with water, followed by a cup of tea.
Like a hobbit, I need two breakfasts lol.
So, about half an hour after the Spirulina:
Fruit and cereal (usually All Bran Flakes).
About half an hour later, tea and two slices of white toast, one with marmite, and one with something sweet.
I've only liked butter on my toast and bread (and lOts of it!) - not any kind of low fat spread or margerine.
An hour after that, another two slices of toast, one savoury and one sweet, and tea.
Lunchtime:
Any, or a combination, of the following: toast/bread with cheese/ tuna mayonaise/ eggs - or MacDonalds/ KFC/ Burger King/ Pizza....
About an hour later, a snack of toast/sandwich followed by something sweet.
Various crisps (potato chips), cookies, cakes (especially chocolate cream cakes) and chocolates throughout the afternoon. And at some point in the afternoon, 6 grams of Spirulina.
Suppertime:
Anything I fancy lol. Mostly high in fat like pasta with creamy sauces, chille con carne, pizza, chicken dishes with creamy sauces, curries and roast chicken (especially the skin!!) with roast potatoes etc. I do eat vegetables and fruit as well, but I'm just mentioning the fattening stuff now because of the difference.
Desert: icecream/pudding/chocolate/yoghurt with honey and cinnamon.
After supper, during the evening: Tea with chocolate/cookies/cake.
Just before bedtime: 8 grams of Spirulina.
And this is just on normal days. Then there are regular ice-creams and milkshakes etc. throughout the week.
You can see how this routine would be: a) detrimental to my health lol. and b) tricky to change!
Now, for the last week and a bit, this has been my routine (and with no major effort! I have only made a conscious effort to try and not eat when I'm not hungry; and when I am hungry, to consider a healthy option. I've tried this in the past, but I've never been able to stick to it. Now, it feels effortless!):

An hour later, a bowl of All Bran Flakes.
About two hours later, (and sometimes I skip this one completely if I go to the gym first) tea and One slice of Whole Grain toast, half with marmite, and half with something sweet.
I've now completely accepted low fat spread - and only a little of it. I've found it enjoyable in a different way.
Lunchtime:
SALAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm LOVING Salad!!! and/or eggs (boiled or scrambled)/ much smaller portions of Tuna Mayonaise, and usually I don't fancy bread - if I do I have only one slice and it's Whole Meal! - and I'm actually Enjoying this!!!
During the afternoon, I find myself wondering into the kitchen sometimes, feeling like I should eat or drink something, but there's nothing I feel like (and I still have cookies, chocolates, cakes and crisps in my kitchen!! My partner and son have them, but I just don't feel like them. I must point out however, I COULD eat them, if I decided to, but I just don't feel like eating them!)
So each time I do that, I drink a glass of water! ; )
And at some point in the afternoon, 6 grams of Spirulina.
Suppertime:
Still anything I fancy lol. But now, I have a Fraction of the portions I used to - I mean it does look a bit silly in the middle of the plate, but I feel perfectly satisfied afterwards!! We had pizza one evening last week, and I litterally had just one small slice (and I mean small by UK standards, not USA heh heh - your pizza slices are about the size of one of our whole pizzas lol) - and I really didn't feel like I needed any more. I was perfectly happy with just that. I do make a conscious effort to chew and taste my food more now as well.
Desert: I hardly ever feel like desert now. I have chocolate mousse in my fridge that my partner bought for me, but I just don't feel like it! Occassionally I'll have some dessert, but again it will be a tiny portion, and I'm satisfied!!
After supper, during the evening: Tea and water - and I'm happy with that. I don't even feel like eating or drinking anything else!!!
Just before bedtime: 8 grams of Spirulina.
Oh - and I used to drink a LOT of diet coke. Now, hardly ever.
Ooh - and I'm going to the gym 6 days a week. When I don't go, I actually feel a strong compulsion to go! I'm LOVing the gym!! (this is from the Take it Off and/or the Ultimate Body module/s because I've had this for a while, and it started long before adding Eat Right)

Good for you! Portion control - isn't it great? In fact, it doesn't feel like I'm "controlling" anything. It just feels perfectly natural nowadays to eat smaller portions, as though my stomach has shrunk to half its former capacity. And I've put away my big plates and bowls (don't need 'em anymore) and use the small ones.
I look back at my former eating habits and feel faintly horrified. Do you know that I was eating 300gm of pasta in one sitting? And going to Starbucks every morning for one or two of their creamy concoctions? And on top of that, drinking about a litre of fizzy stuff a day? It's a miracle I still have my teeth, let alone my waistline.
I miss Marmite, we can't get it here. :sad:
Have you heard of the Paleolithic Diet? Please look it up, it's really interesting.
Illusions I have a question for you about the Eat Right....I have been on the Take it off, and the Ultimate Body, I have asked them to adjust both of the modules when I was on them, and I didn't notice any changes. I really want the Eat Right to work for me....I am going to e-mail Paths and get them to tweak it...I have been on it for approx 4 weeks....the first couple of days I noticed a difference, but now I seem to be eating more than usual...before I would get sweet/salt cravings at that one time a month, now it is all of the time....when I ask them to adjust it could you give me some suggestions on how to word it? I normally just say, increase it....I don't give specifics, should I?
Desiring- I have been on this module for approx 4 weeks. I find that with most of the module you don't really notice the change until you look back on how it was. Before this module I used to question people (in my mind) why did they like me...did they really or were they just pretending to like me...I never really beleived that someone could truly like me for who I was....now I find myself not even thinking about that at all...I am much more confidant and comfortable with who I am....I now know that I really do DESERVE love from the people I know and care about....it isn't that it wasn't there to begin with....it was that I didn't know and beleive it.....now I do!! This is a great module.
I will post more about some others, but for now I don't want to risk losing this post AGAIN, it seems there is an unreasonable amount of users on right now.....
Of the new Modules I am using:
Increased synchronicity-it has completely changed my dreaming. Much more vivid, interesting and I am remembering them much more than previously. Also am much more "in the moment" and I believe that part of that is the reason that I feel much more calm in a very deep/solid way. Also, the deja-vu's and synchronicities seem to have become a normal part of daily life.
Increased Lung Function-in that I smoke I believed that this would be a good one to be using. Prior to using it I did not notice any detrimental effects from smoking, so I cannot say I noticed any improvements...but, since I do smoke, I reckon this Module will help offset.
Project1World-WOWOW. Not only am I seeing the difference it is making on a global level, but I definitely have had a big jump in motivation to get some of my energy devices ramped up for daily use. Also, I have been motivated to do "green" activities that never crossed my mind before.
MIND SET FOR MONEY
I had this module included in my Platinum when it came out, and I was very excited about it. I noticed some very definite and impressive changes, which I've mentioned briefly above. But something interesting happened. I found myself, for the first time since I started Paths and The Magic Pill, in a financial situation that felt like I had gone backwards.
There was a theme of "delay" going on, and all money I was owed (from several different and separate sources) was delayed - by nearly a month! I had no idea what was going on - other than that it could be some Cog. Dis. from this module. My sister very kindly offered to lend me the money until these payments came through, but I refused this time. I was determined not to continue that same pattern of having to borrow to get by until money comes in, and being rescued. I felt determined there had to be another way.
So, at my sister's suggestion, I decided to accept that this money would not come for another....say two months. I thought about each consequence of that. Right down to my electricity and gas being cut off. I thought about each consequence, and how I would handle it. It was immensly freeing!!!!! By the time I'd done that, I knew that no matter what happened, I would handle it. Yes it would be inconvenient, but I COULD handle it. And although I knew it wouldn't get to that extreem, by accepting that extreem, I was ALLOWING. I had a TANGIBLE feeling of release and freedom.
The next day, the biggest cheque I was waiting for (which should have been paid to me three weeks before) arrived - after they'd just told me they had no idea when it would be paid! A couple of days later, some other money I was owed came through.
So it felt like a block had been cleared there. There's something else my sister pointed out to me, a pattern, the details of which are too personal to post in a forum, but if anyone would like to know, I'm happy to share via PM or email. I had this put into my Platinum. and the following week, money I wasn't even expecting until next month, arrived - and it was a bit more than I was expecting.
Now here's what I want to share about the Mind Set for Money Module:
Remember the line from "Evan Almighty", where God says to Evan: "When you ask for patience, do you think God gives you Patience? He gives you Opportunities to develop patience!" ......
..... What I realised about the Mind Set for Money Module (and I'm sure many of the others that are changing patterns and beliefs), you give yourself OPPORTUNITIES to break those patterns and get rid of those beliefs. And when I realised this, I was EXTRA glad I had refused to borrow from my sister - because I now realise, that was one of the limiting beliefs and patterns I was giving myself an opportunity to get rid of - with the help of the Mind Set for Money Module! I found it really easy to refuse her offer to lend me the money. Whereas in the past I would have seen it as a solution, this time I saw it as a pattern and a limitting belief, and because I could see it, I refused to do it ; )
And it all turned out just fine without borrowing. The money arrived, and I was able to pay everything. Despite what it looked like up until then, there were no detrimental effects of the delay after all!
