Yes,  It is important to drink plenty of water and increase your spirulina as needed.  I also think it is wise to start on your amino acids (spirulina) before you begin your paths modules.

I searched for a liquid form for my daughter (age 7) and loaded her up on amino acids before she started her 4 modules.

We have found over and over again that when you feel unfocused or mentally tired , groggy etc 9 out of 10 times you  need more water and amino acids.  Sleep is incredibly important in the beginning too. 

 When you view your modules in the beginning  Rest, relaxation, basically taking good care of yourself  so that you can observe all the exciting and/or subtle changes going on within you, and manifesting without!!  

 Paths is such a powerful Spiritual Tool, it is important to KNOW that your life is GOING TO CHANGE!!!  :))))

Thanks I am looking forward to hearing about your experimenting with the different doses.  I have contacted the company to learn about the wholesale prices so that should help to make it more affordable, plus if I can take less that is a huge bonus too.

OK, I have a question about the powdered spirulina, as I'm considering getting some to use in my morning protein shake. Aaron recommends taking the spirulina on an empty stomach, so I'm wondering if putting it in with my shake would lessen its effects??

I don't know the biologically accurate answer to that, but I can tell you that I've added it to my morning shake, and also taken it with another green supplement in water just prior to having my shake, and I'm doing fine....
